Pitts Wilson Electrical completed both the internal and external design and installation of this prestigious £4 million project. The internal staff environment has no light switches and uses energy efficient automatic control systems to switch the lighting on and off to suit working patterns.

The building is home to Morrison's data centre, the lifeblood of the business. To ensure this is fully protected a UPS filter supply and back-up was fitted. There are also four back-up generators to provide power to the building should the mains supply fail. External cosmetic features include in-gound up lights and building floodlights. Internally, the customer specified a £30k lighting feature for the atrium which spans all three floors of the building.
