Pitts Wilson Awarded GMI Project

Pitts Wilson have been awarded its first project with GMI at Monks Cross Shopping Centre in York. The main part of the works revolves around the refurbishment of the exterior facades, replacement of the walkway canopy and the introduction of 7 New ‘Pod’ retail units.

The largest element of the works for Pitts Wilson is the new LED lighting schemes to the Canopy, Sign boxes and high mast car park columns. This is coupled with replacement of the PA system and upgrades to the security systems. Full updates to follow as works progress.
